Bathurst Regional Council’s Laffing Waters Master Plan covers about 360 hectares and provides for roughly 2,270 new dwellings (around 5,200 residents), with a neighbourhood activity centre and a school site. Much of it is still rural land being brought into the city’s residential footprint.
